Ligo is a campus events app for Georgetown students. I created its brand, wrote its blog and emails, and designed its social and creator strategy. Then I built the platform the whole team ran its marketing on, writing about 40% of Ligo's code with AI tools.

Built Ligo's full brand kit in Claude Design, plus the kit sent to partner clubs, with a custom call-to-action graphic for each club to put on its own posts.
Designed 13 of the posts on Ligo's Instagram, among them:
ACLU Georgetown, the Financial Law Association, Guzaarish, and AASA joining Ligo
"Last Week at Georgetown" and "Homecoming Weekend on the Hilltop" carousels
The Campus Feed launch and a partner club spotlight
Recruiting for Ligo's paid Georgetown campus team
The announcement for Ligo's Campus Feed: a feed post and a five-frame story tour (club news, recruiting, and events, each shown on a real club's post in the app), built on the Ligo Design System in Claude Design.
The weekly recap, plus the week-ahead and campus-news formats built on the same templates.
Co-developed Ligo's social and content strategy with a three-person team on daily calls. In spring 2026, before the product was rebuilt, it was behind growth from about 100 to 458 users in a month.
Designed how Ligo would work with creators, then ran the hiring: wrote the job postings and interview guide, interviewed candidates, and made the case for the content creator Ligo hired. Wrote the creator's launch plan (a day-in-the-life intro first, so every later format had a face) and the brief format the team kept using.
Produced the app's explainer video and a reusable 15-second club spotlight format in Remotion: real product UI, one idea per frame, cuts on the beat.
Built 84% of meetligo.com, including the careers page and landing pages for single flyer campaigns, like free food.
Wrote and designed Ligo's emails: welcome, referral, the weekly digest, and event sends like free food. The win-back series gives every stage of absence its own message (3–7, 8–14, 15–29, and 30+ days), with a separate track for students who signed up but never tried the app.
Wrote and illustrated Ligo's spring blog: four posts on how feeds and algorithms shape attention, with original art made in Adobe Firefly. Ghostwrote the founder's manifesto in the founder's voice, the one post Ligo kept up when it changed direction.
Read them →Ligo's first admin platform was a broken early version. I rebuilt it into one place the team ran marketing from, in place of a stack of separate tools:
Plan, upload, and schedule every post
Pick a club, drop a photo, download the post
Posts graded against Ligo's own average, with a weekly to-do list
Anyone can change copy or drop in a GIF
Every outreach and touchpoint logged per club
Assign work to 5 interns and track it weekly
News posts publish straight to meetligo.com
Signup-to-return funnel and automated reports
Share of the code standing in each codebase, counted from git. Built with Claude Code and Codex.
